Footage of the Rainbow Wave
This is footage of the Rainbow Wave in action May 12, 2021. This was from the last day before we had restore the Rainbow Waves Containment felids. As you can see the wave is made up of multiple magical types and it can either cause a certain transformation depending on what the person had come into contact with last or it can randomly change a person. Some times these random changes can cause certain people to get a sorta mental effect as their minds will change along with there bodies.
The Effects of Rainbow Wave Incident of 2020:
The Wave of this time was really unstable and had alot more unstable Magic that cause both physical and mental alterations to people. Luckily we were able to return half of the alter people back to there normal forms the other half how ever couldn't due to there DNA being to altered. This first failure only effected between the ages of 13 and up. Any one below that age wasn't affected by the wave.
The Effects of Rainbow Wave Incident of 2021:
Ok so a year after the first incident and we had believed that we had stabilize the Core but the night of activating the new Safety programs someone had mess with certain parts causing the new containment to burst like a balloon. The wave was once more release to the world but this time around it could cause a double effect as it can now change people more then once. Those who were only change once were manage to return to there normal forms but those who were hit twice weren't so lucky as there DNA were alter to the point where they were a completely different person. This Wave however only affect those 10 and beyond.
